I have an appointment with my primary care doctor tomorrow and I'm planning on trying to get the prescriptions needed for the protocol. I'm going to try and get the Metoclopramide but is it also possible to get the propranolol without arising any suspicion? What could I say?

Also, does anyone know from experience if the propranolol helps with the anxiety?
