SN protocol advise needed

Want to have smooth experience and have certain meds:

Clonazepam 0.25, can take few

My parent gives me this (can't take more)
Lithium carbonate 300mg at evening
Olanzapin 10mg at evening
venlafaksin 75+75mg at evening

Then have for AE Premosan

Got 500g of SN, will take 30g of it and can get paracetamol and etc.

What to take? Which dose?

it depends on weight but 50g of SN holy shit like spend some time. opinion are divided and theer are enough resources that you can make your own plan. even plans from other members.

There is a reason why PPH made 25g not 50 or 70. I am around 96-97kg

Don't take 50 grams, the chances of you vomiting it all out grow exponentially when you take more than 25 grams. 25 grams already carries a risk of vomiting it all out as it stands.
