That's actually smart. Allows zero air. I'd imagine they're taking the extra step to ensure there's no possibility of oxidation. All of mine came in bottles. Some a bottle inside of a bag. I'd prefer what you got.
It won't oxidize immediately, but if you open it for testing, or whatever, get it out of the air as quickly as you can into another air-tight container, maybe even vacuum seal it again.

i got my SN from a Polish dealer (B...), in a 500g pack. Not open yet. There is no indication of purity on the label, but the website does. It's supposed to be 99% pure. But the biggest problem of all is that it's lumpy. That's not okay, is it?
