It really depends on the source you have. DMC has raised his prices substantially (up to $85 for 50g, shipping included). The source I ordered from was €0,5/g. It gets cheaper as you order more, but you don't really need that much SN to CTB. So all in all it's hard to determine an average price for SN.

Imo anyone paying a lot more than 30-40$ for 0.5kg - 1kg is being ripped off. It can be even cheaper than that for 1kg.

I paid $60 for 150g at 99.89% purity (as advertised). It's still on the way, and I plan on testing its purity. Others who have bought from this source claim it's very good, but I'll believe it once I see it for myself. You can probably find better deals, though it's hard to come by sources these days.
