SN Plan / Meds Help

So I have everything ordered for my SN exit, here is my rough plan and things I need advice on .
• SN will arrive this week hopefully.
• Have a prescription for Lorazepam, will take 2mgs every few hours during the day of to calm any nerves and take an additional 4mgs 45 minutes before drinking SN.
• Made an order on online pharmacy yesterday, have brought 20mg Omeprazol (antacid), Allersoothe (Promethazine) 25mg and Meclozine 25mg tablets.

I know that antacids are no longer recommended but I'm just making my own judgment and choosing to use it, I can't see it doing any harm and if it makes the absorption time longer well that's okay by me I'm not worried about it being too painful or uncomfortable anyways.
I will take the Promethazine as that apparently also works as an antiemetic aswell as help sedate/calm me.
And the Meclozine obviously for antiemetic.

Could anyone maybe give me their input / advice on how much and when to take all the meds iv listed (except the Ativan). However I will also go back all over my research and figure it out myself based on my own notes and judgement. But yea thought I'd share my rough plan now and ask for your opinions :) I am currently planning to CTB sometime in November, obviously will fast, I have an Eating disorder anyway so that's not a big deal for me.

Im also prescribed Quetiapine which I regularly take which iv heard can be an antiemetic however I only take 150mg daily, so not going to count on that.

If anyone knows would a mega dose of say cardividol, or linsoprel, speed one on one's way to the other side? And I was warned never to take the two together as they could stop my heart?! But what if someone DID take a mega dose of both? Anyone know?

sounds similar to my plan. i will be using street benz, prolly xanny but most likely an analogue, its easy to acquire so. i am also on quetiapine and will take a larger dose than normal (like 200mg) at the same time i take my bz's, then i plan to have three 30g sn doses prepared. i should have been fasting for nearly 24hr at that point, and i probably will include some tums near when i take my other prep meds. hopefully this week. <3 your plan sounds solid to me, just be sure no one will hear in case of noise, and no one will check in for like 24hrs. that's what i'm going by. i plan to tell my roomie im having a bootie call. edit, in addition to pre-setting sn shots i will take a larger dose of bz's. i have done a lot of drugs that cause increased heartrate and nausea and it isnt pleasant, i wanna bz the f outta that possibliity. also i dont wanna be coherent enough to ask for help. so ya

Ideally I will book a hotel for a few nights to ensure I don't get found and so that my family doesn't have to find me, however due to my mental health and past suicide attempts my family keep a close eye on where I go so not sure if will be an option. However I have the house to myself a lot so will not be an issue CTBing and making sure there's enough time until I'm found xx

Could anyone PM me to help with my plan? I can't find any sources in the US of where to get SN. I'd like to try this plan as well with a few changes made here and there to reduce discomfort and pain.

Omeprazole: at least 24 hours before. Ideally, you would take daily for a few days. (Proton pump inhibitors take awhile to kick in, I'm personally using Cimetidine (tagamet 600mg) as it has more immediate effects).

Everything else: 45 mins to an hour is ideal. All at the same time is what I plan on. Promethazine dose probably 50mg total (standard dose is anywhere from 12.5-25mg, with the idea to take more just like the recommended stat metoclopramide dose is 3x normal dose). Less sure on meclizine. Probably just a single 25mg dose.

Also, dont forget to check on google for drug interactions. For the drugs you take and the antiemetic. It could have side effects. The ones i take have an interaction with the antiemetic.

Hey I got my SN! I'm going to follow your steps if that's ok since everything you listed I also have access to--the only change will be one of the antimetics! Will it be a lower pain and discomfort threshold using method? I feel like it should be but I just wanted to get some feedback, thanks!
