Not 100% on this being the method but at least I will have it in case this is the way I decide to ctb. I have a few options at home already but this is one I'm leaning towards. I actually feel a weight off my shoulders that's been there a long time.

It is VERY SAD what we are going through...
it IS TRAGIC, it is Awful...

So WHY is it that the PEOPLE with POWER and AUTHORITY DON'T do anything?

They can come up with trillions of dollars of funding within ONE DAY from Congress to make more bombs, weapons, and war... BUT they can't come up with even 1/20th of that amount for their own suffering citizens?

Where the hell are their PRIORITIES?!? Certainly not for us...

They have the POWER to CHANGE laws, to create actual safety nets that support people and lift them up, instead of tear them down... but they CHOOSE NOT TO HELP, Just spew more lies... more distractions, to maintain the innocent masses working until they perish into despair or become so crippled we cannot fight back, cannot unite together to stand up against oppression, it's almost diabolically inspired.

I don't know about you, but that's one of the biggest questions I've had all of my life.

WHY, WHY, WHY are they NOT doing what they COULD DO to HELP make LIFE decent / BETTER for EVERYONE??... not just a few...

It's like ARE WE a SOCIETY or NOT?!?

If we are supposedly a collective COMMUNITY...

Then WHY is it that there's so much SUFFERING?!?

I'd consider better solutions as SN is very toxic (even in small amounts) and someone may use it by mistake .

it's your choice and I respect that. But if it all possible, please don't ever use a gun, at least from all the stories I've heard/read over the years, it seems often they survive deformed, in pain, and even worse off.

That last line means a lot to me right now.

Gun and jumping are last resorts for me. I know my marksman abilities but even I'm not 100% on it. I rather it be this.

Well, an interesting transformation seems to occur with many people on here, including myself.

When I first joined, I was pretty much one week away from CTB.

The irony is that joining this site actually helped me process my heavy emotions a little more easily, helped me feel like there are so many other people in the world that have the same feelings but typically don't have a chance to express them safely like we can on here. I think it gives people more peace, whether they leave this world or not.

I think that's Very nice and surprisingly positive, as odd as it is at first. Don't you?

And hey, if some people try to recover instead, good for them. Either way, it's their decision, it's their life.

They have a right to choose what's best for them...

it seems many people find comfort in understanding these very difficult and deep feelings, sort them out along the way, and get more clarity.

So whether you're here just to you reflect, carry it out, undecided, or just out of curiosity, it seems like most people end up being happier despite their suffering that this incredible site exists, not because it's a cure, but because it's so REAL.

People get to express their deepest emotions. They discover they're not alone. They have a safe place to vent, to share, to seek answers they are usually forbidden to even discuss with most people. Some people you could share this with that are not on this forum, but those types of people are not easy to find in this world. So when we all gather here, it's not necessarily just to discuss CTB possibly...

it's also to share our humanity together.

Could not agree more! I still don't really know how I stumbled on this site. Maybe it was fate? Not sure but I'm eternally grateful this community exists. I don't feel alone in my feelings any more.
