SN or Hanging? Which is the most efficient?

I can't afford any other methods. I tried hanging before, i already made myself blackout but i can't seem to kick the chair. I'm afraid of being found and resusitated. So i want to try SN but i don't know the formula and it also involved other drugs that i have no knowledge of. I don't have much time. Should i try SN? or Hanging? If SN, will it be costly? Is it harder to prepare? If hanging,can you give tips to overcome survival instincts?

I apologize you're at this point, if you're feeling rushed you're probably in a tough spot. The truth is there are survival instincts with both and any method. Both methods you've chosen are relatively quick and reliable. There are plenty of resources on here so do some browsing before you decide which is right for you.

I do prefer SN... but it can be hard to get it, depends on where you are living.... hanging is very efficient if done in full suspension... once your feet are off the ground you are done ....

I imagine hanging if done right is more likely to kill but there are cons it can be much less pleasant, higher risk of brain damage.
