Having tried and failed with Tricyclics (twice) the right anti emetics and anti seizure meds are crucial. Also, not being found early.
Just my experiences.I have the same question. For me it would be more difficult to get any benzos, but I have like two cards and a half of amitriptyline sitting in my night stand.
Can someone explain or link to me where I can see the explanation on why benzos are better for the SN method, if possible, please?

Twice. Once with no antiemetics or anti seizure meds, and husband called Ambulance.
Second time, I had amitriptyline and anti emetics, but no anti seizure meds, and I was found after a few hours because I was seizing so much that I got a concussion and shattered 4 teeth. Without the correct cocktail, my experience was terrible.
