Yes. Somebody please correct me if im wrong, might vary by state, but products containing sodium nitrite with a purity of over 10% is banned for sale to consumer use in the us. If the seller correctly declare it as sodium nitrite, customs will know it's something you're not supposed to have and seize it.Similar threads
