Method SN method

So for my SN I'm going to fast for 12 hours.
60 mins before - 2 x paracetamol / tramadol
45 mins before - 3 x Primperan
30 mins before - 2 x Ranitidine
Drink SN

Does this look OK? I have read so many different things

What the hell should we take then, really?

Maalox/MOM/Mylanta forms coating in stomach which may impede absorption

Tagamet and Ranitidine aren't sold in my country, only Famotidine (another H2 blocker) is sold, but it doesn't seem to be a pure antacid, it works for ulcers etc, not sure if will work for SN

Or just ditch it altogether and only take SN + meto?

If i choose the Sn method for me it's 1.fast .2 meto .3 SN and water .

i like to keep things simple . First the pph said antacid now no antacid. . i always wrote my Sn method like i wrote it . I like to keep things very simple is my moto

They all form a coating on the stomach?I thought its absorbed through the small intestine anyways? Idk I'm sloe

No you're not, it is absorbed through the small intestine, not the stomach. It's a common error.

Has anyone successfully gone to an online pharmacy to get the anti nausea drug? I found one site but am worried about getting caught ordering without a Rx. I've ordered the SN and hope it is the right one.

Any advice on using an online pharmacy to get a Rx for vomiting? Found one that doesn't require a prescription but worried I'll get caught if I order from them. Anyone know the odds of getting caught?
