Hey guys,
I ordered my SN today. I really hope it arrives soon.
I wanted to ask if its necessary to use antiemetics for the method. Or will it also work without them? I'm asking because I don't have a source for this medication but I'm afraid I could fail.

Theoretically it is possible if you drink multiple glasses but I would never recommend it. Vomiting is guaranteed without the use of antiemetics and they are super easy to find online.

Antiemetics are strongly recommended for SN. Without them, the risk of vomiting is high and if you throw up too early, before enough SN is absorbed into your bloodstream, it can fail. Not just fail, but fail painfully with nausea, panic, and a possible trip to A&E if someone finds you or you call for help.

Meto is the most common antiemetic used in the protocol because it helps keep the stomach calm and promotes proper absorption. Domperidone is another option, though slightly less effective for some.

Technically, yes SN can work without antiemetics. But it's a risk. It's worth the extra effort to source antiemetics even if that delays things a little.

there's the risk of vomiting before ingesting enough.

I've seen cases of those taking only SN ctb but it's better to have it than not have it.

I would recommend looking into online pharmacies. I would not feel comfortable doing SN without an AE

I got mines from one and tested it last week. I could feel it working so it's definitely legit
