Hey I posted yesterday asking for help regarding ctb with SN and I have got Antiemetic-domperidon an antiacid and a bunch of ibuprofen. Now around over a year ago I abused a lot of Benadryl until I woke up to transparent figures of "friends" and my ex fucking in my apartment and me suffocating and gasping for air as if something was stuck in my troat. I am asking for advice on how to knock myself out during the process and avoid waking up to what a logical mind would only assume are hallucinations. I know that Benadryl doesn't do anything for helping sleep anymore or calm me down in any way I only described part of the incident.

Sedatives are very helpful for SN attempt, I think at least as important as prokinetic/antiemetic.
The only sedatives that will work very well, are benzodiazepines (alprazolam- the well-known xanax, clonazepam, lorazepam and even diazepam should work equally well) and their close relatives: z-drugs (hypnotics like zolpidem, zopiclone)

There are no other drug class than can come close (im excluding barbiturates like nembutal bc its almost impossible to get them now).
The only thing that comes close are opioids and gabapentinoids like pregabalin. Then, maybe alcohol (but it will make you vomit even more, not recommended for SN) or hydroxyzine- but the last one is very weak, I believe a lot of it would be needed.

Do not even try diphenhydramine (benadryl).

Barbiturates are still worth mentioning, as their availability varies from country to country. In CIS countries otc Corvalol/Valocordin is widely available, which for some reason has a reputation as a heart medication, but it is actually low-dose phenobarbital. It's quite effective for blacking out, tested on myself.

Like with alcohol, you should be careful with opioids, as they prone to cause nausea and vomiting, especially in inexperienced users and in high doses.

yes correct. Corvalol in fact does have a phenobarb. But the concentration is very low, and before it starts having an effect, you are knocked off on alcohol (i believe 75-80 vol% is ethanol). So its basically the same as ethanol for me.

If i had a barbiturate, i dont need it as a sedative for SN. I would just OD on barb alone, just go to sleep bye bye.

Now regarding opioids, in my case when I started them, I vomited next day for only first two uses.
Considering you had SN and some opioid and no other sedatives, would you take opioid or not? I think taking is better option, even if you vomit (SN alone makss you vomit 80%+ of the time) there is a small synergy between these - opioid slows breathing and SN makes breathing useless. Even if we vomit, high enough opioid dose can easily kill as well. And after all people abuse them for their euphoria and sedation, so I think they are the best addition after benzos.

Concentration is low, but it's still 18 mg/ml or 7,5mg/pill. I drank half a bottle, so that's 225 mg of phenobarbital and only 7.4 mg of ethanol. The worst thing about corvalol is its absolutely disgusting taste, which persists to some extent even in tablet form (thanks to peppermint oil), and this can contribute to the development of nausea. Although I didn't feel much nausea before I lost consciousness, I threw up a couple of times after waking up. Corvalol OD is a bad idea anyway, I don't think anyone can finish even two bottles without vomiting because of its taste, and it's just too many pills needed.

Yeah I agree about opioids, it's still a decent choice, I will probably use one of them IV along with phen.

I have access to both, which one is better and I assume tablets better than liquid ? I'm going to try and see if they are effective in knocking me out first.

Should I just try and get my hands on street opiates like heroin ? Would it even be as effective in knocking me out? I have never really done much research into this so it's taking me some time.
