Discussion SN Method Review for 98 lbs at 5"4

Hi everyone,
Life is hell and I'm ready to end it after years of suffering. I want to review my STAT method with you all. I am 98 lbs and 5"4 tall. Let me know if this method would still work on my small frame, or if it's too much/too little.

1 hour before drinking SN	600mg of Ibuprofen, 12.5mg bisoprolol
45 minutes before drinking SN	3 X 10mg Metoclopramide and/or 10mg olanzapine (let me know which is best)
30 minutes before drinking SN	25mg diazepam (do I need more?)
	SN drink: 1/4 cup SN in 1/4 cup water

That should be more than enough SN to prove fatal. You might need a bit more water do dissolve it all.

The ibuprofen, even in that dose likely won't have much effect in just an hour. You might want to take half of ot 2 hours before, and the remainder an hour prior to the SN.

Keep in mind that when it comes to exiting life, there's no such thing as over using SN.

Have you taken benzodiazepines before? For someone who doesn't use them regularly, your dose is fine. If you've used them for a longer period of time you might want to multiply that dose by 1.5.

Best of luck. In regards to the benzodiazepines, I should have mentioned that the 1.5x multiplier is based on what I would do for myself. Only you know how benzos effect your body. Adjust the dose accordingly so you get the effect that you want.

I know that for me, a 25mg dose of diazepam will make me start to feel tipsy and sleepy, but not to the point where I'd want to be immediately before CTBing.

According CLW (Last Will Cooperative), diazepam peak effect is between 30-90 minutes, so they suggest to drink 40mg 2 hours before SA (they don't do SN). The valium dose effective for 12-14 hours

1 hour is still in peak effect threshold.
I suggest you to take 10-15mg valium as an experiment to see how long your body response in "peak effect".

Diazepam (Valium) starts to kick in within an hour for most people, but some people can feel effects in as little as 15 to 30 minutes. Goodrx.com

After oral administration >90% of diazepam is absorbed and the average time to achieve peak plasma concentrations is 1 – 1.5 hours with a range of 0.25 to 2.5 hours. Fda.gov

When taken orally, people usually begin to feel the effects 15 to 60 minutes after ingestion. Verrywell.com
