Through out the various guides people have posted on here for which I'm grateful, but I'm extremely confused now. I plan on a maximum 8 hour fast and I have all the supporting meds. Eg.
Motiliim
Maxolon (Metoclopramide)
Tagamat (cimetidine)
Propranolol
Benzos and painkillers.
What exactly am I suppose to follow. I know it's stupid to ask. But I'm desperate like tomorrow or the day after desperate.
Any input or suggestions would be helpful.
