Would melatonin help me to calm down and fall asleep after taking SN? Can I use it instead of benzos?

In my opinion, not really. Melatonin is nothing compared to benzos. You really should get benzos for the SN method.

As someone who used to use Melatonin for help with sleeping, it takes a while to actually become tired from it.
