1.) what do you think would be an optimal dosage for a young and physically healthy person ? The recommended dosage has varied strongly in the past: usually people refer to 15g up to 25g in that term . What would you suggest ?
2.) do you know if the metoclopramide regimen is preferable over the single dose based on a failed attempt ratio ?
3.) time frame : single dose (meto) an hour before the SN intake ? ranitidine (Zantac) 45 min before intake ? (like in literature). any input on that ?
4.) fasting is regarded optional and referred to with 4 up to 8 hours before SN intake. do you think drinking no water has a positive effect on this method as well ?

do you generally know of any tips, something that should be regarded to prevent failure ?

1. 15g should be lethal, so you could take 20g (or more) just to be sure.
2. I think 3 x 10g of metoclopramide would be enough an hour before sn intake.
3. The suicide wiki states that metoclopramide should be taken one hour before sn intake OR take 10 mg Metoclopramide every 8 hours, i.e. 3 times per day, starting 48 hours in advance.
4. Not drinking water isn't necessary because sn is best dissolved in water, so you should dissolve it in water, although it tastes very salty, or take the pills in with water. Around 150 ml is recommended.

3.) peak concentration of ranitidine is from 1-3 hours and can be taken before meto, and if taken after, 45-50 before SN is sufficient given that meto is prokinetic.
