Sn in bottle of plastic water

It would be good option to throw 25 grams of SN in a plastic bottle with its 50 ml? It would work better to move and dissolve, the doubt that I have is if it would nitrate, someone has an idea?

The nitrite will not turn to nitrate for several hours. It will not react with the water, only any impurities in the water like minerals. There will hardly be any so it will be fine.
