Yes, SN is safe to import to Australia.

I've recently received my SN from DMC to Victoria, Australia. Cleared customs with no issue. This was all recent (Received mine on 30th, September, 2024)

I'm in Victoria, Australia & received my SN from DMC a couple of months ago without a problem…& no welfare check. And if the psych police did come knocking, I'd tell them I was fine & ask to see their warrant before I let them search my house for the SN…

I haven't been searching Australia lately & haven't had the privacy to be here as much lately & hadn't seen another influx of Australian posts of people unsure if they can get in Australia.
So a shameless self-bump of YES YOU CAN GET SN IN AUSTRALIA IN 2024

As little as "received in November" or "got from Poland" - that's all I'm asking for, but any more detail appreciated.

I wonder if someone on the forum would be willing to get a decent amount (someone in a safe country to obtain) and then ship it to people in countries where it is more difficult to get through stealther methods.
