SN: I don't have access to antiemetics

Hey guys. I live in a country where SN is accessible (I think) but all antiemetics require a prescription to buy. How do I get around that? Could I simply not use them?

Hello, you can buy antiemetics from internet, you can get a prescription online and order antiemetics or simply look at big marketplaces like Ebay or Amazon.
Antiemetics are recommended, they lower your chances to vomit.
