I'm new at this and still trying to figure out so sorry if it doesn't make the most sense

For the Polish BM I was looking at the website and they want international shipping to be through email. Will that work to ship to US. Also, does anyone know if it is legit and good? Have there been known welfare checks for it while being transported?
