Method SN-Hanging Combo

Thinking about taking my SN and simultaneously using the partial hanging rope setup I have - I will slump forward during passing out from the SN and am thinking it will help ensure death. Yeah, I'll be standing, or kneeling with the rope around my neck waiting for SN to kick in, but not too uncomfortable. IDK, just trying to think outside the box to ensure I go inside the box.
