Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

do you have an estimate of how long it took? ty for making an update post. wellness checks are pretty stressful to think about.
2 weeks~. I think receiving the tracking number is the longest part. After that it gets to you in 2 weeks it seems... I've read other posts about people ordering from the UK and having it come to them in that amount of time, so I guess the location doesn't matter much.
Do you remember what payment methods they accept? Also, did you have to show any ID to take the delivery?
