Help SN Fasting

I will be taking SN in a little over 24 hours. I will NOT be eating during this time.
My question is:
How much water should I drink(in water bottles)? Would it be beneficial or detrimental to not drink any water? Would sipping water throughout the 24 hours help my body move the SN efficiently?

Drinking normal until 2 hours before is recommended
No vit c or juices or citrus fruits

It could add up to nausea. If you fast too much, you could feel too nauseated and maybe vomity alone out of hunger.

The digestion slows to compensate .. you want digestion normal but empty so 8 -12?hours no need for more
Not too much water.. 4 hours before start cutting back.

At this point I'm struggling to fast for 8 hours because I got eating disorders. Sadly I couldn't take my SN impulsively when I'm feeling really suicidal, not with my mom hovering around the house :/
