Discussion SN failure repercussions?

During my research into Methemoglobinaemia i read this. All the experiences here for people that survived report no permanent damage. Did anyone of you heard or read stories with peramanent damage "especially brain injury" from SN ingestion or Methemoglobinaemia?

I think @Despairing read about hypoxia and assumed that the process is the same as when SN ingested.

I am not sure if it is rare but when I attempted this way they put a catheter in me to remove urine and I was not allowed to drink they said it was to check my kidneys.

If you attempt to ctb with SN and survive they will put a catheter in you to remove all your urine. This happened to me and I was told it was to check the kidneys.

@Aliali1992, I recommend you read the SN FAQ in the Resource Compilation. In the FAQ, you'll see links to the SN successes and failures thread, as well as other helpful info. I'm not talking down to you, just being direct -- if you want to succeed, you gotta take responsibility and do your due diligence. There are a lot of resources here, and you're not a new member so I would think the site shouldn't be unfamiliar.

Hmmm, I understood you. Acute kidney injury is extremely rare, we do not even have to think about it. It is like dying from a regular dose of aspirin.
@spanishguy22 There was a case report of a kid having a methemoglobinemia and kidney injury but it was caused by quinine.

One woman died of coca cola, but normally people don't die because of coke.

I have about 25 Tablets 10 mg Lorazepam. How much should be enough to knock me out after i take the SN and how long before should i take them in order to be asleep when the SN kicks in.
I have also Tramadol...how much should be enough to kill pain when i am not tolerate to Opiates?

I'm a doctor in Germany i can show my card and buy my self any drug EXCEPT the good stuff...and in hospitals each tablet or milliliter is counted and registered

Being doctors does not mean they are not people....some people make desicions that seems illogical..sometimes people act impulsively...sometimes they don't have the time to plan...sometimes they wanna deliver a last message with their method and location.
I am junior doctor and at manytimes i was inches away from jumping...sometimes i wanted the pain to end without waiting for the most peaceful method to happen

If you're a medical doctor, you should have access to information we members do not have access to, including long term effects of methemoglobinemia. You should be able to teach everyone on this forum about a variety of things rather than asking about methemoglobinemia and how to take Tramadol. Pardon me for being blunt, though since you're German you should be used to bluntness, but I smell the distinct aroma of fertilizer coming from you.

Thank you i have read what are you refering to long ago and i want to hear and share experiences as much as possible...it is a part of a process of an informed desicion and what is this site is for.

You should be able to teach everyone on this forum about a variety of things rather than asking about methemoglobinemia and how to take Tramadol. Being a junior doctor does not mean i know everything. I never saw a methaemoglobinaemia before and only read about it...so yes someone who has experience with SN sure know more than me in this subject.

But if you're a legitimate doctor, you have access to legitimate medical literature none of us have access to (and you supposedly have the authority to write prescriptions), yet you seek to be educated by a bunch of laypeople with little to no medical knowledge who may be typing naked in their parents' basements. It makes absolutely no sense.

For example the answer before you posted a case study that i never seen before and that's all i am asking. So stay aside please. Here there are all kind of people not just what you described and i learned a lot from this site.

I was hospitalized after an attempt recently and can vouch for the kidney damage comments.
I was kind of in and out of it when I was told this, but I remember a doctor telling me they had to administer more IV fluids because my kidneys were "in bad shape".

I was fine after a day or so of fluids.

edit: I remember why, it was because of lactic acidosis

Easy, it is common sense. All toxics are eliminated by kidneys and liver.
A lot of months ago, I did read an authopsy from a intoxication family case and showed some amounts of mhb or mbh about kidneys and liver, that have to destroy all your body inside.
