I've been thinking a lot about combining methods to ensure a successful outcome and avoid surviving with lasting aftereffects.
Let's consider SN + an exit bag. After completing the entire protocol and ingesting the SN, what would be the issue with also carrying out the exit bag protocol right afterwards?
