Sn drugs interaction???

Hi,I take everyday quetiapine,seresta,sertraline,carbamazepine....

Are there Interaction with sn / meto / propanolol?

Must I stop to take my drugs on final day or before?

Stan's guide says you don't need to worry about getting meto or other antiemetics if you're on certain medications because they already work as a suitable antiemetic and Quetiapine is on that list.
