Help sn doubts getting antacid and antiemetics

I have found omeprazol around the house. However I've read that it doesn't have the same effect as most antacids. Will it work?

Also, if someone has any idea of how to get antiemetics I would appreciate the help, I tried online pharmacies but I'm afraid of getting scammed/them getting blocked in the delivery process. I've read about making fake prescriptions too, does anyone have any information on how to do that?

Note: I plan on taking benzos (24mg of xanax 30 minutes before sn). Is it necessary to add the beta blockers too? Bc I also don't know where I would get them

Beta blockers are not necessary. I think you are fine with benzos instead of beta blockers.
