So part of the reason for clarification is in both Vizzy's and athiestjoe's threads they say 2.5. Vizzy also shows it measured out to 2.5. Plato said 25. Hence the confusion.

Why such a big change with body weight? If 25g is enough for 95kg why would it need 10g more (almost half of the original) for 105kg?

Is 30g for 100g enough of an increase?

In Stan's guide and the PPH those are just the measurements given the body weight. 25g for under 100kg and 35g for over 100kg.

what if significantly under 100 kg? such at 45 kg....thinking less may be better so less taxing on gut for trying to keep it down? Even a few grams less---?
