Method SN CTB tomorrow

Method:
Fasted all day. Except for Toast and fruit in the afternoon.
3 metoclopramide taken today in 4 hour intervals.

Tomorrow
8am take 1 metoclopramide
1pm take 1 metoclopramide and eat toast/banana
Begin dry fast at. 3pm
7pm take 2 paracetamol/2 valerian pills. Prepare two SN drinks- one with 8 propranolol, one without prop.
7:15pm take 3 metoclopramide. Take 2 propranolol
8pm use orajel and difflam to numb mouth and drink SN.
Eat white chocolate.

I have a tarp for the bed to make sure I don't leave a mess behind
I'm using towels to cover the bottom of the doors in case of groaning

Scheduled emails should allow me to be found by 3pm the day after I drink SN.

Question: im slightly constipated right now. Im pretty sure its in the intestine and my stomach may be clear. Will absorbing the SN be affected by this?

Constipation may just be a sign of anxiety and nerves, so is quite normal. SN will still work.

I mean doesn't it say you need to fast for 8 hours, I am guessing eating after the SN might also increase your chance of vomiting, I am not sure if it would be that bad or not since I havent did the SN method yet.

There's a megathread for SN. I won't be able to tell you how it is after I take it but there's lots of info on the website already. Nembutal is the better option but far more expensive

I couldn't even find the sn....Where can I get the sn?.......Whoever informs me, please send it to me by mail...in southkorea

Honestly, if you are chronically constipated...it would be better to "clean" yourself out before attempting. The cramping from the SN would be excruciating. It's a simple fix... Ducolax, senkot, etc. An empty bowl is a key to success.

Humble opinion...do not cause yourself unnecessary pain.

You're right and that's the ideal choice.

Did a check of prices and earliest I can push it is the 10th and it costs way more too.

I think I'm just going to have to take the loss on this one and hope it doesn't hurt me too much. I'll take the sn today

The ingesting of SN being a salt will "move the bowl"...for your own safety, don't try a walk to the bathroom and pass out knocking yourself out...making noise, etc. Just go with the flow...I guess?

It's going to be a-ok, no matter your decision...

I realised I booked a 2 day stay so I can wait 1 day.

Do you know if laxido will work in time? I don't have dulcolax or senokot.

I looked up laxido 6-12 hours to work...
A stimulant laxative is within your time frame...

Do you have Senna aka Senkot at the Pharmacy? Exlax works fast. Or, a desperate measure is to use a tablespoon of Epsom salt. Aka magnesium. Expect an explosion & cramps of epic proportions with this.

Hydration is a key to success with all of the above.
