SN CTB in 24 hours

First day of 48 hour regimen done.

Second day as per Stans guide but with Benzos and Propanolol.

Quick advice.

I weigh 90kg but have been athletic all my life, and generally have good physiology.

Is 25g SN in 50ml enough for me?

I already take 15mg Valium a day for over 12 months so how much an hour before would be a good dose?

Wish me luck. My chronic illness is unbearable at this stage. Acceptance of death isn't easy but no other option now.

Thanks for wishes. Took first antiemetic at 7am.

Using a lot of Valium to keep calm about it all day. Hope that is ok.

Starting fast at 2.30pm and SN at approx 11pm.

Still unsure how much Valium to take at 10pm. I don't want to go asleep.

Also how much water do I use to swallow paracetamol, antiemetic, benzos at 10pm?

Will be letting phone go dead an hour or so in advance so I don't call for help.

Wish me luck. I really want to live but have to die. I don't want to wake up tomorrow.

Had my last bit of solid food. Only a few red grapes between now and 3pm.

Getting a little nervous. Hope it goes ok. My disabling condition was moderate this morning but is severe now again so SI is declining.

Accepting never seeing my family again the hardest part.

I feel like you, would be nice to live but that I should die and never seeing family again is the hardest part but hope they all will understand your decision.

(For paracetamol etc, just little water as poss but enough for you to swallow.)
