Method SN - Bromazolam -> how much and when?

Hello everyone,

My method of suicide will be SN supplemented with amongst other items bromazolam. I've been trying to find information on Bromazolam but seem to find a lot of different answers.

What would be the correct amount of crushed bromazolam to take in and how long before the SN?

If anyone could help me out, that would greatly be appreciated.

i'm having a hard time finding any good source for this information honestly. the range i'm seeing is between 10-20 mg, but i would advise doing a trail run with the bromazolam to see how the different dosages affect you. if you regularly take benzos you might have a tolerance built up already, but you don't want to take too much either or you'll end up falling asleep probably before ingesting the SN. have you check this thread out?: Benzo Guide 2024

I've already done my research and have found the answer after i had made the post.
Pph recommends 600mg oxazepam(pph recommendation) which more or less equals out to about 6-8mg bromazolam.

Bromazolam in contradiction to a lot of other benzos work very well sublingually if i'd like to speed it up. The onset time is a bit quicker but should be no issue.

I'll be taking 10mg crushed and have back up in case i need to.

I saw information of 40mg but taking that much is kind of pointless.
