Help SN arrived "damaged"

I ordered SN from a local seller online (it's relatively easy to get technical grade SN in my country), but it arrived in horrible packaging. It was in a zipper bag that was open by the time I got it delivered, and it's all over the insides of the cardboard box for shipping. I assumed it was fine to carry the package under a light rain, but now that I see the state of it I'm not so sure that was the right call...
Is it ruined? I got a kilo, so maybe some of it is still fine.

One can test with pool test strips... there might be good SN left that can be sealed... tho it is irresponsible and unsafe for a seller to not pack it properly.
