Are there any over the counter anti-nausea meds without antacid ingredients included that can be used with SN.

Here's a link to Stan's guide: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/stans-guide-to-sn.27535/ In the guide are a list of all the standard best antiemetics. All of them are prescription only in most countries.

@Cheers successfully ctb with meclizine which is under the brand names:
  1. Antivert
  2. Antivert25
  3. Antivert50
  4. Dramamine II
  5. Meclicot
  6. Meni-D
  7. Motion Sickness Relief
  8. Simply Motion
  9. Travel Sickness
meclizine is prescription only but probably a lot easier to get than the main antiemetics. Just go to your doctor and say you have vertigo and/or motion sickness when driving.

I know you asked for OTC meds and the only one I can think of is Benadryl (Diphenhydramine). Benadryl is an antihistamine with antiemetic effects. If you look at this document https://mdpi-res.com/d_attachment/i...deploy/ijerph-19-13996.pdf?version=1666871277 you'll see that a lot of the people who ctb with SN had Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) in their system. I'm not sure how effective it was at preventing nausea/vomiting in them but it might have been better than nothing.
Here's a list of Benadryl's effects:

That's interesting. When I had my failed attempt, in addition to the SN, I also took propranolol and quite a few sleeping tablets, the main ingredient of which is Diphenhydramine. I wonder if maybe that's why I was able to resist vomiting? I only took them hoping to pass out quicker.

It would be helpful if that's the case, I've found it really hard to get a decent AE in my country. My doctor won't give me them, and online pharmacies have asked me a lot of questions and not been satisfied with my answers.

Meclizine and Benadryl are both antihistamines that are dopamine inhibitors with antiemetic action which block D1 and D2 receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone. This is also how the main recommended antiemetic Metoclopramide works. Meto has a leg up on them though as it is also a serotonin (5-HT4 and 5-HT3) blocker.

Yeah it was meto I'd been trying to get hold of with no success. Perhaps I shall have another try

Im just using Benadryl with basic ant acids while also huffing laughing gas (N2O) after ingesting the SN. Will make a final post after ingesting before throwing my phone off a mountain (ctb location)
