Method SN And Vomiting Risk

So I don't know for sure if I will CTB. If things get really bad I might. The thing about SN is I am worried about the risk of vomiting. I don't think I would be able to get a prescription for antiemetics does anyone have any advice or opinions about this method or any way to reduce the risk of vomiting?
