Method SN and partial hanging

I just ordered my SN, but I am really afraid it's not going to work on its own, so I was thinking about taking the last dose and then doing partial hanging, just in case.
Do you guys think it's a good method?

Because apparently SN makes you want to vomit (I know there are some medication that could help with that and I am planning on getting them) and hanging affects the neck.. I don't know I am stupid lol

And if I am doing it I really want it to work. I don't want to fail again.

Also, how do you cope with guilt? I feel so bad about my mom and sister. They are everything to me and I really wish I could make life work so they wouldn't have to go through this, but I am really giving up. I am tired.

Combining methods is counter productive. It just makes it more likely that something will fail because of timings etc. Just pick with a method and get it right. SN is very effective if you follow the guides.

If you're struggling with guilt, you're not ready to CTB yet. You have to be absolutely certain. Things can get better if you give it a chance, get help. Be patient! Life changes, people get better, find ways to cope, and get inspired by life again. It can work. Let guilt be your sign that you should try recovery while guilt plagues you. You can always CTB down the line if your guilt goes away

I am still not ready, I know that, but I am so tired.
I've tried so many things. It's not even sadness or emptiness that make me want to ctb, it's simply not bearing the weight of existence.
Everything is too much.
For the first time I am really trying taking the treatment in a serious way. I am taking my meds, I am really opening up to my therapist, I am working on myself… But nothing seems to work. I am still miserable.

The SN I ordered is not going to arrive right now, so I am still going to try!
I think that's what my mom and sister deserve, you know?
That at least I am catching the bus totally certain of what I am doing!

Good on you my friend, it's GREAT to know you're sticking around for the moment. Even if it is just for others. I hope life changes for you in the mean time and you get to really enjoy life again. Since your family mean that much to you, maybe try spending more time with them and get the most out of that at least

I don't know where you live and how things work there, but here in Brazil it's kind of easy to buy SN. I ordered it through a free market that sells products from other stores from here (so I don't think they deliver it in other countries)

I hope it's okay if I bump this thread, since I know it's old, but I was hoping to find information about SN and partial hanging too. Those are the two methods I've been wanting to use to make sure I go quick after losing consciousness from the SN, but I don't fully understand why it's a bad idea to combine them. If they're both done right, they should work, shouldn't they?

Also, I wish SN was as easy to buy where I am as it is in Brazil lol. I managed to get more to replace my old SN thankfully, but had to ask around for a link.

I am not sure why it is a bad idea, but maybe it is unnecessary? I don't know.

And yes, I wish it was easier for you guys as well. Although some informations are actually coming our way.
The place I bought my SN from no longer sells it because someone commented on their website that the product was used by a 15 year old and caused his death.
I managed to find another place, so now I have 1kg of SN but still, I think things are changing soon for us as well.
Also some brazilian youtuber made a video about SS, based on the Tantacrul's video.

But yeah, I am sticking to SN, and partial hanging just in case it's needed.

The way I'm thinking of preventing this is I'll put the noose around my neck right before blacking out, so if I do throw up some of the SN beforehand, I can still do that without having to hang. Besides, if the new SN I ordered works as well as I'm hoping, I might not even need the rope, so it will just hang there in the closet without me even using it.

If I do try hanging right before the SN knocks me out, I'll probably be unconscious if I throw up again, so in that case, it probably doesn't matter as much. I'm just hoping it's unnecessary to use partial hanging anyway, but backup plans are always good.
