Method SN and modification of the protocol

I know that the Stan's protocol is really optimized. But, I am not sure I can handle a long fasting.
Will it work if I only do a fast of 5-6 hours, take metoclopramid and SN as in Stan's guide.
I also would like to drink alcohol just to be relaxed and stop maybe 1 hour before taking the SN.

Do you think that it will modify the effect of SN and can fail?

Sources say that 8 hours is needed. I would suggest individuals know their own metabolism better than a book. If you know that your stomach feels empty after 4 hours, then I suggest you have a 4 hour fast. Try to avoid eating anything large and heavy. Avoid drinking anything two hours prior to drinking the SN. If you need to, then just plain water.

See I have a really slow metabolism, I don't open my bowels for sometimes three days in a row. I don't really feel hungry I just eat when I'm expected too

Alcohol is not a good idea. It's much more likely to increase your odds of both vomiting or diluting the SN with all the excess liquid. Even one shot of liquor is too much when you add the 50ml of water that goes with the SN. That is why they suggest only 50ml. Ppl that modify it are always the ones that fail then tell everyone it doesn't truly work. To be honest, I wouldn't modify it, don't fix what isn't broke. We know that Stans method works incredibly well, if that won't work for you then you may need to find a new method that does work for you. Adding or taking away things is only a recipe for failure.

As already stated, alcohol can make you more likely to throw up and it can have an effect on the SN chemically, but there are people who have ctb using SN after alcohol, although I think not gallons of it.

The aim is to make it as sure as possible.

SN is not what I would use to end my life, but I have studied it and wonder if this would work. Marijuana is an antiemetic and it also would blunt your senses making it much easier to do. Personally, I know that I could not end my life sober as I would have to be either drunk or high to do it.

Me too, I need to be high to do it. I don't smoke. That's why, drinking was one option, which seems not good at all...

Hi, I'm colombian, I'm new and I don't know what it means SN, what is a Stan's guide and also, what is CBT? Can someone help me, please? I looked at it on Google but I don't think I found the right definitions.
