Help SN and Crushing Xanax

I have read recommendations for taking Xanax a little while before taking SN, but recently I read a suggestion to crush it with a mortar and pestle. Does anyone know about this? Do you mix it with water or add it to the SN? My original plan was to take a 1 mg dose about 2 hours before CTB, then take another 1 mg about half an hour before taking the SN. Does anyone know about taking Xanax before CTB with SN? Thanks.

I have no recommendations about how to take it, but crushing it will have the effect that it's absorbed faster. The PPH suggests 30 crushed Oxazepam in their protocol (Read the PPH for more info on this).

How much Benzos you need also depends on your personal tolerance and whether you've used Benzos earlier or not.

Thanks. I'll check the PPH. I'm pretty used to Xanax. The trick is to take enough to calm enough without going to sleep and not taking the SN.

I plan to take the benzos + propranolol mix in a separate glass after I take SN. As PPH doesn't mention it clearly whether it can be mixed with SN. They recommend in high doses to make you unconscious quickly

If you planning into do it with xanys, I will recomend yoi to go to a calm place and even in a bath with hot water, it will destress you and help you.
