SN acid reg question

Hi,

I'm sorry if this has been asked over and over but my search bar isn't working and the mega thread is ridiculously long to sift through.

I have my SN arriving soon and I am working on getting my meto which I don't think should be a problem.

I'm running into problems with the Tagamet, seemingly can't get it anywhere. I saw Ranitidine was also fine to use however they've just recalled it because of its links to cancer, so everyone is freaking.

So basically my question is; is there another I can use thats obtainable OTC in the UK? Or does anyone know where to get the others without hassle?
