small victory - new meds

i work a job that requires me to be outside in boiling weather for hours and hours at a time. im on fluoxetine, so i start overheating at 65 degrees, and usually ill have to work in 80-100 degree weather.

my psychiatrist found an alternative for me that will not cause me to be hypersensitive to heat but still help me with my OCD. its nothing huge but im glad theres something out there that might work.
