Venting Small vent

Today I got done nose piercing I've wanted for a long long time but somehow I don't feel anything about it. No emotions, no happiness, no excitement. I can't tell if I like the way it looks or if I hate it. I feel like I just can't be happy for some reason, no matter what happens.
It's not the first time when something good happens to me and I just can't enjoy it but it's so weird

Anhedonia steals away your ability to feel pleasure, excitement etc.

I don't remember the last time i truly felt happiness. I talked about it more deeply with my therapist and she said i might have "emotional dyssociacion"
