Small nitrogen tank

MD brewery recommends for its EU regulator a gas tank with 2 liters, means 400 compressed Liters of nitrogren, lasts 27 minutes. Too small?

I thought that 40 minutes of flow is recommanded.

Recommended due to potential leakage or incomplete filling, though 27 minutes is certainly adequate.
