Method sleeping pill before SN

hi :) I was wondering if I could take a sleeping pill before taking SN so I can fall asleep since I don't want to feel my heart beating so fast, would it help stop me from vomiting the SN up as well?

i think it likely wouldnt take affect fast enough, since sn is pretty fast acting. one should take a beta blocker if they can, for the tachycardia. and in any case, being asleep wont stop the body from vomiting unfortunately úwù

Timing when to take the sleeping pill compared to the rest of the protocol could be very difficult.It the sleeping pill reliabily kicks in at a certain point after taking it then you might be able to lessen the amount of time between taking the sn and when you pass out, but I don't think this would be timed so perfectly that you could avoid the racing heart for a while, since this kicks in soon after you take the sn.

Yes I think this makes sense but they could help a person pass out faster- of course benzos, if you can get them, which probably most people can't, also seems to help with this.

If you take too much like 2 grams of xanax beforehand you will probably knock out too fast and might vomit in your sleep without getting to know to take second sn

I just look at the posts from @Cheers from October 30th and she seemed to pass out a little over 5 minutes after taking the sn, and she took benzos 30 minutes before the sn- she took alprazolam. I can't be sure this is the reason it went this fast but it seems liely that it was a factor. Also, based on posts during the process it is rare that someone drinks a second glass because once you vomit your whole food passageway has vomit on it so it is very difficult to get oneself to take a second glass, and then it would likely come right back up. I'm sure there must be cases where it has been done, but based on threads I have seen most people don't take a second glass after vomiting.

Sure it is cause alprazolam works fast. She probably didn't vomit and had a successful ctb

For the vomiting I was going to use dramamine since I'm not able to get all those other medications, would that still work?

Some people have successfully used Meclizine, which is the same thing. It helps to do as much of the stans guide protocol as possible.
