So I read one of the eurhanasia medical articles where they said that N and Benzos have cross-tolerance so it is advised to stop all benzos (or greatly decrease) 2 months prior to N.
I use benzos sometimes to help with sleep and even though I don't use them any 3 consequitive days, I am still building up tolerance. What 5mg valium did 2 years ago is now 25 mg valium.
So do you know what else can be used for sleep that is not a benzo?
And I don't mean melatonin and natural medicine as I am already using those.

I want to reduce my benzos so that my body will react better to N when the time comes but what medication can be used for sleep that is not a benzo?

Have you tried antihistamines? There's also Z drugs, but they may act in a similar way to N.

Did you know that drinking grapefruit juice behind benzos increases their potency x1.5?

I do antihistamines once a week. I love them. But I must admit I am slow in the head the day after. Like I am absolutely not mentally productive the next day. I think my IQ drops by 25 per cent for the next 24 hours 😂 But I have it once a week in my routine 😊

Wow! I will try that.

I'm on a low dose of seroquel for sleep. It's nowhere near as effective as benzos, but it has made it a lot easier for me to fall asleep. I also take prazosin to help stay asleep, but it's only useful if nightmares are an issue
