  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UKโ€™s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

Like,dig.๐Ÿ˜Ž I'm sitting in me car, looking at SS and other sites. I get a phone call, they leave A text: John ( yeah,me๐Ÿ™„) would you like a free consultation regarding this new therapy, called TMS.
This is a thing,I soon learn at google, where they put A magnetic coil around your head and stimulate the " pre frontal cortex" to change your brain waves and lessen depression.
Its so strange, shades of Dr. House๐Ÿ˜…-Do I even have a frontal cortex?? I've heard of full frontal, hope I don't have to be naked.๐Ÿ™„
Should I try this?
The weird thing is,as lousy as I feel,I feel guilty if I tried to get better.
I let down people I loved, people who needed me. I so wish I could go back and do things differently
If I were to somehow "fix" my brain,I don't feel I deserve to have a good life.

Anyway would you try this? Do you know anything about TMS...Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
Yep its legit. From the Mayo Clinic!๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
What do you think?๐Ÿค”

Let us know how it goes if you get it. If it is accessible to you maybe it will help

Do research if there are no side effects. Seems fairly new, not sure if I would wanna be the test bunny, but if you feel like dying then you've got nothing to lose, I guess. I actually had something similar at my dentist's office when after tooth repair I went and had my head inside this magnetic circle, which supposedly helps with healing. But when I googled Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation it looks completely different from what I had at dentist, so probably something else.

I think if you can afford it, it is definitely worth a try!

as far as this part....

Of course you can't go back and do it over, but maybe if you feel better you can make some amends.

I've heard wonderful things. My psych wants me to do it too. A friend knows someone who did it and absolutely changed her life. So yes it's worth trying if you're able. Not everybody has miracles but it may dramatically improve your quality of life. It also may not. No telling until you finish the treatment, I believe it's several weeks or months of TMS to finish.

I have had someone in one of my groups try it. They were pretty disappointed when the doctors told them their skull was too thick lol. The eventually got it working with the max settings.

From what they told me, they put this coil thing on some parts of the head and "tap" it with pulses. So in short, you will feel something tapping your head.

I suggest you look up on the risks of tms before deciding, reading up on experiences of other people can help. Don't feel like you have to do it you don't want to, don't let people pressure you into it. Good luck on whatever you decide!
