There are two ways you can look at this game of life.
"Rome wasn't built in a day, but it burned in one."
and
"Rome wasn't built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour."
No matter what, Rome was not built in one day. Either you give yourself the strength of will to force your way through life and do something or you simply do not do that. Rome has fallen and now you're back at square one. It is up to you on whether or not you want to restart, or not. Life is cruel, you build a sandcastle and the ocean will smother it back down. You can either move forwards and keep building sandcastles for your own amusement anyways cause who cares what life does? Or you can rest a little earlier than you would have normally. It's entirely up to you. If you think that there's a chance for you to have fun or have experiences that you can enjoy, go for it, even if you are uncertain. If that is not worth it to you or too much for you, then you have your answer.
Do not mistake either path as being easy, neither way will be. It's a pain to go through life and it's also a pain to end your life. In the end, you will eventually rest, so the only difference made is if you still have something to do or the potential of having something you still want to do. Most people do not have even that.
That is all you can do in this life. Endure, fake it till you make it, don't let it bother you, whatever you want to call it. Or, if you don't mind dying a little soon, you could rest. Dearh is guaranteed either way for us, so it really depends on what you are willing to tolerate.
At least, that is how I see it. I am certain that some people do not even consider such things and blissfully move forwards in life with an ignorance that I am quite envious of. And then, there are people like us who are extremely self aware or find ourselves burdened with life in a way unlike that of others. We are replaceable and common, so the only people who will care what you do are yourself and those close to you who you associate with in your own social circle (family, friends). Unless you are a celebrity, have great infamy, or gain fame after death then you are most likely to be forgotten and your death will cause no impact to those beyond the reach of your present social life. Life is too long to care about what others think of you, but you should still be mindful of it for your own sake as you give higher value to those who you know than those who you do not know. If you care about those in your own little world, that could be another factor to take into account when deciding. You may feel obligated to not make someone you know worry or experience the news or sight of your death, which is also completely understandable and I'm sure many of us are in that sort of situation, stuck between those who you care about and resting.
That's all from me, you can keep on going forwards for whatever reason you find yourself having, or die a little early. I can not decide for you, it is up to you to find out which one is worth more of your trouble.
It is not something that can be decided hastily, so debilitate over it extensively. Who knows, you may not feel like it now, but it could end up being worth it in the end. Or not, but that's something you'll have to decide that you want to find out.
Good luck, no matter your decision.
