Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Should we repeal all anti-marijuana/heroin/narcotic/etc legislation?

I'm definitely for legalization of marijuana. I think the pharmaceutical industry plus the do-gooders are why it hasn't happened yet. I wouldn't want do it, but I want the choice. I don't want the government to make it for me. It's not harmful or addictive from what I understand - no more than alcohol or tobacco and those are legal.

The hard drugs - heroin, narcotics, etc. - that's a whole different story and I'm hesitant about supporting their legalization.

I believe that the personal use of all drugs should be legal, while the sale and distribution of drugs should remain illegal.

If someone is struggling with substance use, they should not be sent to prison, instead they should be offered access to rehabilitation and other treatment programs. Incarcerating people who are dealing with addiction is neither effective nor productive. It fills prison cells that could be reserved for individuals who have committed actual serious crimes, such as murder or rape. Addiction is a public health issue, and it should be addressed as such through support and recovery services rather than punishment.

Yes, why not? The world would be a happier place imo. Especially weed, if I'm not at work or on the road, I'm high πŸ™‚ Heroin and narcotics sound scary though. Maybe shrooms and weed, sound more natural.

yeah. decriminalization and harm reduction do much more to protect addicts than anti-drug legislation. especially when anti-drug legislation is used as another tool to enact violence against marginalized communities.

absolutely. either all drugs should be banned or none. i dont understand why we allow some while we dont allow others, its definitely not for "protection" considering how many alcohol deaths there are every year.
any death that would happen through an accidental overdose or misusage of a (currently illegal) drug would only be happening because the user is incapable of using common sense or figuring out how to use said drug.. in which case they most likely wouldve died from some other fatal mistake at some point anyways, the issue wouldnt be the drug itself.
