If you put the loaded gun in your mouth at the correct angle and shoot you will not feel any pain at all.

The time it takes for you to realize you feel pain is longer than the time it takes the bullet to fuck your brain up. And the brain doesn't feel pain by itself, the cranium does though. But honestly, if you don't screw up it won't matter for more than an instant either way.
