1) Don't have false hope when it comes to recovery. Most people who recover lucked into good finances, were conventionally attractive, etc. they got into a better spot because they had some social privilege. If you're old, fat, poor, or ugly your chances at a heavily fruitful life after mental illness are minuscule.
2) Do not tell people you are suicidal unless you REALLY know their views on self chosen death.
3) ALWAYS lie to therapists and psychiatrists no matter how trustworthy they may seem.
4) love is ALWAYS conditional. Do not think you are the exception to the rule.
5) ALWAYS trust your gut feelings.
6) NEVER post about your suicidal feelings on social media… people will use it against you.
7) If you make sacrifices for people, stop doing it. 99.9999 percent of people are selfish so, become the asshole who only looks out for themselves. This isn't a world to play nice in unless you want to stay at the bottom.
