I have about 90 200 mg pills (seroquel) and antiemetic, so if i took them all that'd be about 18,000 mgs, could there be a chance of that doing the trick?

should be able to google a lethal dose. Why you are there look at the side effects and think it through. I believe there are some mega threads on medications. Hopefully you find the peace you search for, many well wishes
