This is gross, but I need help.
About a year ago, I had my septum pierced.
I remember it smelled bad for a bit while it healed, so I went to see my piercer and she said it's totally normal for it to stink, explained to me why it smelled and confirmed that it wasn't infected. Eventually, it went away and I forgot about the smell.
I had to take my piercing out for some job training, after some months, and it closed... so of course, I had it re-pierced.
It's definitely not infected, but let me tell you, it smells like ASSHOLE. The ring and site smell SO damn horrible, worse than last year, and I even started cleaning it daily, which seemed to make it worse. It's been a minute now and it keeps getting worse.
Any pierced buddies here have tips? Do I have to tough it out?
